Good questions.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No. Colorado law lets you visit a physical therapist on your own, without a prescription or referral from your primary care physician.

What should I expect during a session?

An evaluation of your condition, manual therapy to improve mobility and flexibility, exercises for areas like the knee, hip or back, and education on preventing further pain or injury. Your therapist may also use dry needling or cupping.

How do I get started?

Call or request an appointment. You'll get an in-depth conversation about your issue, a customized plan made for you, and a therapist who works with you personally.
